Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 26, 2026
Welcome to StudTalk Community. By using our website, podcast content, or community programs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our mission
StudTalk is a free, student-first community built around authentic interviews with international students. We publish stories, build connection, and offer recognition for featured guests — always without paywalls for students.
Using the site
- Use StudTalk lawfully and respectfully.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale without permission, or misuse community features.
- Content on this site is for information and community purposes; it is not legal, immigration, or professional advice.
Guest stories & media
If you appear on StudTalk, you grant us permission to record, edit, and publish your interview and related materials across our podcast, YouTube, social media, and website channels, as discussed with you before or during production. Recognition items (such as certificates or gift cards) are provided at our discretion under the program terms shared with featured students.
Guest perks & third-party services
All platforms listed in the guest perks (Spotify, LinkedIn, and others) are third-party services. StudTalk is not affiliated with them and has no collaboration with these brands.
GPT Premium is provided through AI Fiesta, a third-party provider — not directly by StudTalk.
If anything happens with an account we arrange for you (access, billing, suspension, or service issues), StudTalk is not responsible.
Intellectual property
StudTalk branding, site design, and original content we create are owned by StudTalk Community unless otherwise noted. You may share links and embeds of published episodes for personal or educational use. Do not republish full episodes or assets commercially without written permission.
Disclaimer
Services and content are provided “as is.” Student experiences vary; we do not guarantee outcomes related to study abroad, visas, or careers. To the fullest extent allowed by law, StudTalk is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our content.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of StudTalk after changes means you accept the updated terms.
